This great room had an amazing view and lots of cherry woodwork with GOLD knobs. Amazingly, once we replaced the gold, we stopped getting comments about the trim and the home sold! (Knobs were $1.25 a piece!)
This Family Room was being used as a home office, buit was confusing buyers – they thought it was too smnall to be a family room. Simply changing the furniture around from room to room showed them how functional this family room could be. (I wanted to also remove the dark rug…what do you think?)
This study looked really great in the 90’s when Hunter Green was THE color, but the young buyers looking did not like it at all. For the cost of a couple gallons of paint, we removed the objection!
